2012 HYSA State Selections Information & Registration
PLEASE READ EVERYTHING - IMPORTANT DEADLINES/INFORMATION
The HYSA ODP State Selections are open to all Boy’s & Girl’s
who have passed through the Island District Selections
and were born in 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999 & 2000
ODP Island District Selection Requirement
Players who attended one of the Island District Selections and qualified for the State Selections have qualified. All 1994 HYSA high school juniors who are nominated to attend by a current HYSA coach have qualified.
New Player Assessments For The State Selections
A new player may attend only on the recommendation of a qualified HYSA ODP State Coach as an assessment. Upon approval, the player/parents must pay the Island District Selection Fee of $125.00 along with the appropriate State Selection Fee (No exceptions).

Spring break calendars vary so please just make as many sessions as you can.

Saturday, March 10, 2012 (HYSA High School Seniors by Invitation Only.)
Boy’s Game: 7:00pm

(The Senior Games are to congratulate our high school seniors for supporting HYSA. All players have to be nominated by HYSA coaches and have been registered in HYSA at one time or another. This game will be played in front of the visiting college coaches. Please refer to the HYSA Website.)

Sunday, March 11, 2012 (All State Selection 1994/1995 Boy’s & Girl’s)
Boy’s & Girl’s Games will be played at 12:00 noon

(The 1994/1995 Games are to showcase our 1994/1995 ODP Players in front of our visiting coaches. The 1994 players are those who are still juniors in High School. 1994/1995 players must be registered and attend the State Selections to be a part of these games.)
State Selection Tryout Information - Dates & Times (Please check-in one hour before your first session)
All 1998, 1999 & 2000 (Boy’s & Girl’s):
Saturday, March 10: 8:00 - 9:45am and 12:00 - 1:45pm
Sunday, March 11: 8:00 - 9:45am and 1:45 - 3:30pm
Monday, March: 9:00 - 11:00am and 1:30 - 3:30pm
Tuesday, March 13: 9:00 - 11:00am and 1:30 - 3:30pm
All 1994/1995, 1996 & 1997 (Boy’s & Girl’s):
Saturday, March 10: 10:00 - 11:45am and 2:00 - 3:45pm
Sunday, March 11: 10:00 - 11:45am and 3:45 - 5:30pm (1994/1995’s Attend Games Only)
Monday, March 12: 11:15am - 1:15pm and 3:45 - 5:45pm
Tuesday, March 13: 11:15am - 1:15pm and 3:45 - 5:45pm
State Selection Make-Up Dates & Times
All Players who qualified and are unable to attend the State Selections March 10 - 13, 2012 must attend the Make-Up Sessions to qualify for the Region/Prep Camps in July 2012. Note that the make-up dates are two weeks after the actual State Selections and held over two days. Indicate on your registration form that you can only make the make-up sessions. Costs are the same as the four day selections.

Sunday, March 25, 2012 9:00 - 11:00am and 12:30 - 2:30pm (Kapiolani Fields 4 & 5)
Uniform & Equipment Needed
A tryout t-shirt will be supplied to those who register on time. All players must bring their own soccer ball. Wear soccer shorts, shin guards, soccer shoes and socks. Please bring your own water. Sunscreen is recommended.
Registration Fee / Late Fee / Deadlines / Refund Policy / Financial Assistance / T-Shirt Policy
Mail-In Registration Fee is $180.00. On Line Registration Fee is $160.00. A $25.00 Late Fee will be charged if postmarked or submitted on-line after March 3, 2012. Registrations will be accepted up until check-in. In order to receive an Event T-Shirt, your registration form and fee must be postmarked or submitted on-line by March 3, 2012. Refunds will be made up to the day before the event start date, minus a $50.00 administration fee. All Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the event.
